The Procurement Planning and Rationalisation Service (hereinafter SPRC), reporting to the Management, has the mission of ensuring compliance with contractual regulations in the procedures assigned to it.

Its functions include drawing up the University’s Annual Procurement Plan, providing advice on low-value contracts and framework agreements (both external arrangements to which the University adheres and internal ones), as well as processing and managing the latter, and executing and monitoring contracts for the acquisition of goods and services.

Furthermore, it is responsible for managing the resources commonly and frequently used by University staff.
