This plan shall include, at least, those contracts subject to EU-harmonised regulation. In compliance with this statutory provision, the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche has approved the 2026 Annual Procurement Plan by means of Rectoral <a href=\"https:\/\/seguimientocontratacion.umh.es\/files\/2025\/12\/RR_03593_2025.pdf\">Resolution 03593\/2025 of 18 December (spanish)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In view of the fact that the Plan is designed as a dynamic document, and owing to circumstances that require the reorganisation of requirements through the incorporation of new procurement files, the first amendment to the 2026 Annual Procurement Plan has been approved by means of <a href=\"https:\/\/seguimientocontratacion.umh.es\/files\/2026\/05\/01-RR_00980_2026-1a-MOD-1.pdf\">Rectoral Resolution 00980\/2026 of 29 April (spanish)<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the provisions of Article 28.4 of Law 9\/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes Directives 2014\/23\/EU and 2014\/24\/EU, both of 26 February 2014, public sector entities shall program the public procurement activities to be carried out within a financial year or multi-year periods by means of a procurement plan.
